Graduated from the Warsaw University of Technology. Awarded a PhD degree at Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines (Saint-Etienne, France, 1988). After six years of holding the position of Research Engineer for the French Ministry of Industry, Tadeusz Nowicki became the Head of the R&D Department at Clal, the European leader in precious metals processing. He was co-organiser of the merger with the American ENGELHARD, resulting in the establishment of Engelhard-Clal, the world's largest group processing gold, platinum and silver, where he was appointed to the position of Technical Director of the Engelhard-Clal Platinum Division, assuming responsibility for three plants located in Paris, London, and Amsterdam. In January 1998, he became the CEO of ERG-Wąbrzeźno, and in January 1999, Tadeusz Nowicki was appointed the President of the Management Board and the Chief Executive Officer of the ERGIS Group, established under his direction and supervision.
He graduated from the foreign trade faculty of Warsaw School of Economics. / SGPiS - SGH/. From the beginning of his professional career he was active in foreign trade, initially working for a Polish company Coopexim, and from 1986 to 1997 employed in Cefratex International in Paris where from 1986 he was the President of the company. Cefratex International represented the business interests of various foreign trade companies like Paged, Coopexim, Cepelia and such producers as Fameg and Polamp -Piła developing important cooperation with French VPC stores like La Redoute, 3 Suisses , Quelle and chains of stores like Auchan, Carrefour, Habitat etc. From 1998 he has been working for the Ergis Group, as Vice-President and Commercial Director in 1998-2000 and from 2001 as Vice President and Plenipotentiary Director supervising the export activities. In the years 2001-2002 he was also the President of "Tapety Gnaszyn SA" and from 2006 the President " Tapety Ergis sp. z o.o " - both companies being a part of Ergis Group and dealing with wallcoverings.
