ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. has a wide offer of PVC and combined PVC/PU imitation leathers.

A standard offer comprises nine kinds of imitation leathers of various technical parameters. Each kind exists in several colour and design dyeing. We offer imitation leathers in a non-flammable version according to automotive standard (ISO 3795) as well as according to furniture ones PN-EN 1021-1 and PN-EN-1021-2 (so called match and cigarette test).
 
It is also possible to manufacture any colour according to a sample provided by the client.

Colour reproducibility is strictly observed and colour difference between successful batches is within the limit of 1 ΔE (spectrophotometric test).

Basic composition – polyester knitted fabric (standard or teaselled) coated with PVC softened layers and possibly finished with a PU layer.

External coat is characterized by high abrasion resistance. 


Width of imitation leathers offered by us is 140 cm.
