Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Marek Górski (1966). Graduated from the Foreign Trade Faculty at the Gdańsk University. Having completed professional internships in West Germany and Switzerland, he was employed at the Ministry of Privatisation first as a Vice-Director of the Foreign Relations Department, and then as the Head of the Ministry’s Information Centre. He held the position of chairman at the State Agency of Foreign Investments, responsible for supporting international investments in Poland and for the global promotion of Poland. Member of the management boards of three companies managing investment funds: Polskie Towarzystwo Prywatyzacyjne - Kleinwort Benson, BRE Private Equity and Everest Capital Polska. Since 2001, Mr. Górski has been the President and principal shareholder of Polskie Towarzystwo Prywatyzacyjne Sp. z o.o., a company providing investment consulting services and investing in Polish companies. In the last ten years he has been a member of supervisory boards of more than ten companies operating in various sectors and industries.

Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board — Jacek Korpała (1962). Graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics. In 1990-1992 he was employed at the Ministry of Privatisation (currently the Ministry of State Treasury), at a number of posts, including that of the Director of Capital Privatisation Department. He participated in works in the first privatisation processes in Poland effected by way of IPOs and sale of share blocks to trade investors, as well as in development of privatisation strategies in many sectors of economy. In 1992-1998, he worked at the Polish branch of Arthur Andersen, at that time one of the largest consulting companies both in Poland and worldwide, as Head of Corporate Finance, among others, and from 1996 as a partner. Since April 1998 he has been with DBG Eastern Europe, initially as managing director responsible for projects implemented in Poland, and since 1999 also as a partner in the fund management company DBG.

Member of the Supervisory Board — Maciej Olaf Grelowski (1950). Graduated from the Wrocław University of Economics. In 1975-1989 he worked in the Trade Departments of the Bristol, Europejski and Victoria Hotels. In 1990-1996 – the Director of the Victoria Inter-Continental Hotel in Warsaw. In 1993-2004 he held the post of President of the Management Board of Orbis S.A. He was in charge of the organizational, material and staff restructuring in Orbis S.A., as well as the company’s privatisation. In 2005-2006 the Chairman of the Polish Institute of Directors, since 2006 - Consultant on Corporate Governance. Since 2004, Maciej Olaf Grelowski is also a lecturer on Corporate Governance at the Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National Louis University in Nowy Sącz. In 1997-2006 he was a member of Supervisory Boards of Orbis Casino, PTE Kredyt Bank, Softbank S.A., Prokom S.A., and Opoczno S.A.


Wybrany obrazVice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board - Stanisław Mazgaj (1960). Graduated from the Department of Farm Machinery of the Czech University of Agriculture, Prague. In 1987 completed postgraduate studies in enterprise economics.

In 1984-1987 he held the position of the Vice-President of the Board of Cooperative Horticultural Farm Witowice Dolne. In 1987-1990 he was a sales representative and translator for CHZ Centrozap – Piecoexport. Mr. Mazgaj was the Chairman of the Supervisory Boards of Baad Sp. z o.o.  in 1996-2007 (of which he was also a shareholder) and Stil S.A. (providing leasing services) in 1998-2001. Since 2004 he has been a shareholder and a member of the Supervisory Board of Masspol Sp. z o.o. involved in production and sale of mineral water, and since 2005 – a Member of the Supervisory Board of Polssaj Ukraina Sp. z o.o. He has also been a shareholder of other companies since 1990 (S. Mazgaj, J. Marek Rarytas s.c. involved in retail trade – 1990, Jabłoński, Marek, Mazgaj, Sukiennik – Spółka Jawna Biuro Handlowe POLSSAJ involved in foreign trade – 1992). Stanisław Mazgaj is also a technical translator from and to Czech and Slovak.                           

               Dabrowski
Member of Supervisory Board - Zenon Dąbrowski (1970).

He has graduated from a management major at the Foreign Trade Department of the Central School of Planning and Statistics (currently the Warsaw School of Economics). He has also obtained the title of a chartered auditor (certificate No. 9800). In 1993 he was employed at PEKAO S.A. in the Central Treasury Department.

In 1993-1998, at Arthur Andersen, his career advanced through the Audit Department and the Investment Consultancy Department, and he was eventually appointed to the position of manager. In 1999 he worked as the Strategic Planning Manager for Pronet Communications. Since 1999 he has been working at Arx Equity Partners Sp. z o.o. (formerly operating as DBG Eastern Europe (Polska) Sp. z o.o.), as Investment Director. Zenon Dąbrowski is currently a member of the Management Board (since 2007) of Arx Equity Partners Sp. z o.o. and a member of the Supervisory Board of Komex Sp. z o.o. (since 2006).

During the last five years Zenon Dąbrowski was a member of the governing bodies of the following companies:
  • PWN Inwestycje Sp. z o.o. - member of the Supervisory Board,from 2002 to 2003;
  • Cenega Poland Sp. z o.o. - member of the Supervisory Board, from 2001 to 2004;
  • ERGIS S.A. - member of the Supervisory Board, from 2003 to 2004;
  • Eurofilms S.A. (after the merger: Ergis-Eurofilms S.A.) - member of the Supervisory Board, from 2006 to 2007.

Secretary of the Supervisory Board — Paweł Kaczorowski (1968). Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Warsaw University. In 1996-1999 attorney trainee, in 1999-2003 attorney and partner in P.Szelenbaum – K. Kiełczewski – P. Kaczorowski i Partnerzy. Since 2003 owner of Kaczorowski Law Firm.





Member of Supervisory Board - Beata Kurbiel (1978).

Graduete from the Marketing And Management Faculty at Krakow Economic Academy. In 2007 completed postgraduate studies in Personel Management. Currently a participant of MBA „Energetyka IV” studies at the Gdańsk University. In 2002-2007 she was employed at the Marshal’s Office of małopolska region as a Financial affairs Manager and Office Director Assistant. In 2008-2010 at Ministry of State Treasury she has held a possition of Minister’s Office Director. Since 2010 she Has been Management Office Director of Capital Group- Przedsiębiorstwo Eksploatacji Rurociągów Naftowych Przyjaźń S.A.

In 2008-2010 she was member of supervisory Board in Towarzystwa Obrotu Nieruchomościami AGRO S.A. In 2008-2009 a Vice-chairman of supervisory board in PGE Zakład Energetyczny Warszawa –Teren S.A.  In 2008 Member of supervisory board Przedsiębiorstwa Komunikacji Samochodowej w Krakowie, and In 2009 - Zakładów Azotowych ANWIL S.A. Currently she is holding a function of Supervisory Board Member in Huta Pokój S.A. and Presspublicka Sp. z o.o.
