ERGIS-EUROFILMS key area of activity is the production of calandered soft and rigid PVC films, applicable for office and school products, packaging, advertising materials and for technical products. ERGIS-EUROFILMS S.A. manufactures single- or multi-layer films, which can be further processed (embossing and printing).
The raw materials used for film production are health and environmentally friendly, free from heavy metal compounds and recyclable.
The basic processing methods we apply to our films are: welding, printing and biding with other materials, e.g. by gluing or sewing. Before film processing one should remember that films are vulnerable to size changes depending on the ambient temperature. The detailed properties of films in this respect are contained in separate technical specifications.

TRANSPARENT STANDARD FILMS
This kind of film is perfectly suitable for all kinds of office and school products, packaging, tent windows and other products. Our standard production offer contains transparent PVC films in three rigidness grades:

- soft 45ºShD ± 3º
- semi-rigid 61ºShD ± 3º
Depending on the type of surface finish, smooth and embossed films can be distinguished with various drawings. Moreover, transparent films may be manufactured opaque or printed. The scope of offered films covers single-layer films of thickness range from 0,09 mm to 0,40 mm and width of 135 cm or other agreed with the customer.
A special kind of transparent films are the films applicable for tent windows, 0,40 and 0,50 mm thick. These films are manufactured in the following versions: single-layer pronted film, doubled printed or non-printed film. According to their resistance to low temperatures we may distinguish standard films (to -10º C) and freezeproof ones (tp -25º C).
FILMS FOR FANCY GOODS AND ACCESSORIES
These are unicolor embossed films applicable for office and school products, like covers, files, folders, binders, business card
files and for other technical applications. The standard ERGIS-EUROFILMS offer covers the following kind of fancy goods films:
- films of thickness of 0,11 mm and rigidness of 55º ShD ± 3º
- K films of thickness of 0,20 and 0,28 mm and rigidness of 45º ShD ± 3º
- K films of thickness of 0,12 and 0,20 mm and rigidness of 36º ShD ± 3º
