Stretch film is a common name for stretch polyethylene film primarily used for packaging and protecting products, from big collective loads on pallets to large-size units. Given its thinness and high endurance - which guarantees the stability of any load- stretch film is the most efficient method for product packaging. Stretch film is more and more commonly used by production, trade and logistic companies for wrapping loads on pallets. As new forms of goods distribution constantly develop, the market for this type of film is also growing.
Jumbo stretch film

used for wrapping loads with the use of packaging machines; thickness range from 10 to 40 microns, width – 500 mm, roll length – from 950 m to 2,500 m; guaranteed stretch – from 150 (standard) to 300 % (superpower), depending on film type (standard, power, super power);

Hand stretch film
Used for hand wrapping; thickness range from 10 to 40 microns, width – 450 mm or 500 mm, guaranteed stretch – 100%; film is produced on automatic machinery equipped with devices controlling both the length of film on the roll and its weight.

PE Stretch film production
The film is manufactured by Ergis-Eurofilms S.A. on fully automated, cutting-edge production lines. The three-layer film of 2 meters band width is produced using the crack nozzle method, or “cast method”. The basic material for production of stretch film is a low density polyethylene (LLDPE). Modern production lines and state-of-the-art technology as well as the use of materials from recognised manufacturers contribute to the very high quality of the film produced by Eurofilms. In 2005, the company launched its own laboratory, equipped with a device for measuring the parameters of stretch film. We are the only company in Poland using this type of equipment. Measurements taken allow us to develop new formulas and constantly monitor the quality of film produced.
