THE PRE-STRETCH FILM – NEW PRODUCT
The pre-stretch film is the name of a preliminarily stretched film. It may be used by all those, who are currently using standard stretch films. Although it is only 8 µm - 10 µm thick, it is very strong and tear resistant. 
The PRE-STRETCH clings closely to the load and maintains its stretching force, thanks to which the load is always very well secured. In case of the PRE-STRETCH FILM, less film is required to wrap a pallet than in case of any standard products. The PRE-STRETCH FILM, when used for manual wrapping of loads, needs less physical strength and lower number of wraps.
As much lower quantities of the product are used to wrap the load, this provides for substantial financial savings. A lower consumption level of the film also translates into fewer bobbins and pallets, as well as savings in storage and transport costs.
The PRE-STRETCH FILM is manufactured both in machine and manual varieties.
The net film weight as indicated in the Table above refers to finished products with a 430 mm long film band. It is possible to manufacture the film in thickness ranges from 8 µm do 12 µm and wound up to 600 m.
